About the Role:
Do you love all things cruising and enjoy helping others plan unforgettable getaways at sea? We are looking for a Cruise Travel Booking Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to create personalized cruise experiences, from itinerary planning to final booking, while delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, cruise lines, ships, and excursions.
- Customize itineraries to match client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
- Manage bookings, payments, and travel documents with accuracy.
- Stay up to date on cruise industry news, promotions, and offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel.
- Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise vacations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
