• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Current Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for work
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free environment with required technology

• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience with fast-paced multi-tasking environments
• Access to a desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
