• Serve as a liaison for USA and Latin American customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler to ensure efficient processing
• Accurately enter verbal and written application information into the claims management system
• Communicate with customers regarding required documentation, time frames, and claim status
• Participate in maintaining a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or customer service experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC applications
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese
• Experience in insurance or claims processing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with claims management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
