What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize training and knowledge base to accurately answer customer inquiries and sell products/services
- Resolve customer issues by listening to their needs and coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Document and process customer orders using designated systems
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current on program knowledge and changes
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support in a contact center environment
