What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own customer retention and maintain Net Retention Revenue on assigned accounts
  • Collaborate across departments to provide high-quality support and onboarding for merchants
  • Manage outreach campaigns based on Account Health Score and customer lifecycle signals
  • Drive advocacy and adoption by demonstrating product value to merchants
  • Source and book demos for the Account Management team to support expansion initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with retention and expansion playbooks
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Impeccable communication, both written and verbal, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Shopping
  • A flexible mindset with a willingness to participate in the creation and testing of new processes
