- Answering incoming telephone calls, resolving enquiries directly where possible, or liaising with the appropriate team member to ensure efficient allocation and follow-up
- Processing incoming emails, enquiries and the associated tasks
- Working together with all Regional Account Managers for specific task processing, quotations and orders.
- Proactive tasks such as quote follow-up, ‘pink and red flag’ customer calls/emails, upsell and cross-sell activities, and delivery follow up
- Accurate uploading of information onto the CRM, including variants & products, pricing, Customer & Contact information, Invoice info, Repairs & reports info, Rental machine updates
- Working with the Regional Managers in providing a fast, helpful and quality customer care.
- Processing customer orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Customer delivery chasing, providing ETA’s and POD’s.
- Solving of invoicing queries.
- Typesetting of reports and proposals
- Liaising with transport companies to book collections and deliveries for French market.
- Organising of customer returns and repairs, through written procedures
- Assisting in scheduling of engineer and regional manager visits
- Liaising with production team on despatch issues and specific customer requirements
- English – must have a high professional standard
- Must be a team player & collaborative
- Can-do’ attitude – willing to go the extra mile,
- Must be approachable and enjoy talking to/helping people.
- Excellent multitasker who can juggle several tasks at once.
- An upbeat, positive outlook, which is maintained when working under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines, both internal and external.
- IT literate – good use of Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, CRM systems
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to look for upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Appetite for learning, improvement and detail focussed.
- Salary from £27,000.00, dependent upon experience
- Option to work from home 1 day per week following probation, at managerial discretion

Job Type: Maternity Cover Fixed Contract – Mid March to end of October (TBC)
