POSITION OVERVIEW State Farm Insurance Agent located in South Ogden, UT is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As an Office Assistant with Angel Chaparro - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home & life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish & maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual Spanish & English - with excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Dedicated to customer service
• Current P&C license preferred - or Ability to pass the required UT State P&C licensing

This is a remote position.

Compensation $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
