Reservation Agent

• Manage reservations, confirmations, and booking adjustments
• Coordinate schedules and ensure all travel details are accurate and complete
• Communicate with clients to gather required information and provide timely updates
• Review bookings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Track changes, monitor deadlines, and follow up to ensure a seamless experience
• Deliver consistent, professional support throughout the booking process

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service, booking, or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable following structured systems and applying training effectively
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-comfortable
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain, LATAM, or Mexico
