We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving Global Brand based close to Nottingham City Centre. They are looking to expand their busy customer service team by recruiting an experienced Customer Service professional to help manage accounts both in the UK and the Benelux region.

The successful candidate will be offered fantastic career progression opportunities with full training provided and a flexible working policy. It will be advantageous for a candidate to speak fluent French but this is not essential. This role has the incredible benefit in the 2026 job market of offering 4 days per week working from home and 1 day working from the office in Nottingham.

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2B customers, delivering professional and solution-focused support via telephone and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate, resolve and close queries efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Provide accurate administrative support, maintaining clear records and supporting smooth day-to-day operations
  • Play an active role in strengthening the overseas customer support function, contributing ideas and continuously improving service standards
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable track record in a Customer Service position
  • Ability to speak French fluently preferred but not essential
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
