Kaizen Advance is a growing consulting company based in Atlanta, GA, specializing in connecting quality workers with work-from-home (remote) opportunities. We are onboarding independent customer service contractors to service client support programs for nationally recognized brands. Client Support Agents will work from home and be the primary link between our clients' current and potential customers.
The Client Support Agent is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department of various Fortune 500 companies. This is an Independent Contractor opportunity, not an employee role. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who can work independently, follow structured processes, and meet performance expectations without constant supervision.
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle customer service calls professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately document call details and outcomes
- Meet attendance, quality, and performance benchmarks
- Maintain compliance with program requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Patience and empathy - an ability to manage stress and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in writing and verbal with outstanding listening skills
- Ability to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional customer service
- Experience navigating and efficiently using program tools and software using technology
- Basic computer skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a legal US Resident and Citizen
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check
- Must be able to work at least 15 hours (30 intervals) a week
- No degree necessary – a great work-from-home opportunity for anyone ready to invest in themselves and work hard!
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but is not required

- Windows 11 ONLY – No Chromebooks or Apple (Macs) allowed
- 8GB RAM PC (Minimum), 16 GB RAM PC (Preferred)
- Dual monitors
- Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet; No Wi-Fi)
