• Assist the Dispatch Manager in reviewing and confirming data for end users
• Provide real‑time information and support to field techs, national installers, and customers
• Guide and troubleshoot installations of DRN LPR systems
• Maintain effective communication with team members across all shifts
• Ensure a reliable and efficient workflow within a 24/7 operational environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in data entry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in using computers, keyboards, and multiple monitors
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

• 1+ year of experience in a remote office environment
• Experience with telephone work and providing information in real time
• Familiarity with working software and hardware systems
