• Assist the Dispatch Manager in reviewing and confirming data for end users
• Provide real-time information and support to field technicians and customers
• Troubleshoot and guide installations of LPR systems
• Maintain effective communication while handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Ensure a professional demeanor in all interactions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with data entry and telephone work
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Proficient in using computer systems, including keyboard and mouse
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry
• 1+ year of experience in a remote office environment
