- Associate's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or a related field
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in a healthcare‑related customer service role
- Familiarity with EMR or similar software systems
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Willingness to travel for meetings and projects as needed
