Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with orders, complaints, and general information
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service / chat support (F&B experience preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and computer knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Must be currently available in UAE
