Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Destination Specialist to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This role focuses on providing destination guidance, supporting reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel planning process.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages based on client preferences
• Provide accurate information regarding accommodations, amenities, and travel requirements
• Assist with coordinating and confirming travel reservations
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding itinerary details and updates
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and booking information
• Offer follow-up support before and after travel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable using online research tools and booking platforms
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
