Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

A Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. This role is work‑from‑home indefinitely.

• Recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience.
• Own Windows‑modern computer with a USB headset and microphone.
• Decent broadband connection with an upload speed above 8 Mbps and a download speed above 25 Mbps.
• Good phone communication skills and ability to input information into a computer.
• Passion for charity.

Telephone interview with script‑based roleplay / pretend call. Weekly remote training sessions on Zoom are provided. The first 2 days of online Zoom training, which amounts to 14 hours, is held back until you complete 120 hours of service. The training pay is £12.21 ph.

8‑hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week between 12:00‑20:00 Monday to Friday with one Saturday 10:30‑18:30. If you work Saturday you get a day off during the week.

• Pay starts at £12.35 ph, rising to £12.70 ph and then to £13.05 ph with good OTE commission opportunities.
• The target is 15 sign‑ups per week; reaching the target earns an extra £1.50 ph.
• Every sign‑up beyond the minimum target is paid at £17.50 per sign‑up.
