Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents to join their expanding operation.
This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop*.
Inbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day‑day duties will include answering inbound calls, dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, logging calls on an internal system, booking, rescheduling and logging cancellations, and escalating any complaints to the correct department.

£25,396 per annum
Shifts40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm (Full Flexibility)
