What to Expect

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with business travelers to ensure their needs are met
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, adhering to company guidelines
  • Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements to apply this knowledge to travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and keep clients informed about travel documents and requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in corporate travel management
  • In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management
  • Extensive experience constructing complex, multi-city international itineraries
  • Proven ability to deliver concierge-level service to high-profile travelers
  • Strong communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the travel process
Preferred Qualifications
  • OPC/TICO Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment
  • Experience with quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of travel bookings
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously
