Fully Remote | Client Service Associate – Travel Industry

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support customers with travel coordination, reservation assistance, and overall service excellence. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist clients with vacation research, travel options, and itinerary coordination
• Support the reservation process for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel details and timelines
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
