Casago Unwind is growing, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a hospitality‑driven, detail‑oriented environment. The Guest Support Assistant plays a key role in creating seamless, memorable stays for our guests. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help people feel taken care of.

About the Role

This position blends guest communication, light operational support, and on‑the‑ground awareness. Success in this role looks like timely, thoughtful responses to guests, smooth coordination with our team, and an ability to anticipate needs before they become issues. You’ll help maintain the quality and consistency that define the Unwind experience.

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Work Environment

On‑site only, remote work not available

How This Role Fits Into the Organization

The Guest Support Assistant is a frontline representative of our brand. You’ll support daily operations, ensure our homes are stocked and ready, and help resolve simple issues that arise during a guest’s stay. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction, owner confidence, and the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest messages with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
  • Support guests by helping troubleshoot simple issues during their stay
  • Check property supplies and communicate restocking needs
  • Run local errands as needed to support daily operations
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure homes are guest‑ready
  • Notice opportunities to improve processes and share ideas proactively
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in our systems to keep the team aligned
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology and basic computer applications
  • Reliable, organized, and team‑minded
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Availability on weekends and holidays when scheduled
  • Hospitality or customer‑service experience is a plus, but not required
