Customer Service Specialist - Remote

Compensation

• Base pay: $18.50 per hour (guaranteed hourly pay + $3.00 network fee component).
• Earn up to $24.00 per hour based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week.
• Weekly bonus opportunities up to $250 per week:
  • $100 Bonus when you work 36–44.99 hours.
  • $100 Bonus when you work 45+ hours.
• TNPS Performance bonus: $50 gift card when you achieve 4+ TNPS promoters in a single day and zero TNPS detractors that same day.

Additional incentives:

• $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost (April 9–15; must work minimum 8 hours each day on April 13, 14, and 15 to qualify).
• $405 bonus for participating in certification as Turbo Tax Product Expert.
• Earn an extra $5/hr from April 9–15 for all hours worked.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most questions focus on:

• Downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing.
• Basic tax questions.
• Providing continuous support to customers.

Other details:

• Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum 25 hours per week required; you can choose to work more.
• Certification takes place over 3 days.
• You will be assigned a subject matter expert (SME) who will support you during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) advocate.

• No specific accounting background required.
• Strong communication skills – articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customers’ needs while driving innovation and providing top‑notch service.
