We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team. Customer Care Associate, providing customer care to Life Insurance policyholders, agents and other customers.
Must Live in Continental United States

Pay for this role is $20.00hr. The required schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central Time). Saturday (Central Time) shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Provide frontline phone customer care to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers.
- Handle calls regarding payments, policy information, or claims for life insurance and annuity products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT) and strive to meet service metrics.
- Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all team products, services and processes.
- Field a high volume of calls (approximately 75 to 100 per day).
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
- Collaborate with management and teammates to proactively address service issues.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for work product.
- Maintain a designated quiet area to complete calls while working from home.
- 1 year of remote customer service experience (WAH).
- 1 year of office-based multitasking with multiple Microsoft Windows applications.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Spanish bilingual.
To work remote, individuals must meet all established Remote requirements including home workspace and related technology.
Technology- NTT DATA will provide a computer and headset for remote work.
- Employees are responsible for the care and security of provided equipment and must return it per company policy upon separation.
- High-speed internet access (50 Mbps or greater) is required and a hard-wired ethernet connection is preferred. Wireless or public networks are not acceptable.
- Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime; consistent availability is essential.
- Remote employees must adhere to technical support procedures and protocols.
Remote work requires professionalism, self-discipline and accountability. Workspace standards include a dedicated, professional, distraction-free area used daily for work.
- Maintaining a permanent, unencumbered location for work.
- Background noise and interruptions should be minimized to ensure service quality.
- Work from the same location consistently unless approval is given to relocate.
New hires must have a working device for the 2-Factor Authentication process. All new hires will complete Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency.
Must pass Drug screen and background check with education and employment verification.
