Location: Town of Belgium
Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative, working remotely from the beautiful country of Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service while enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking clients through a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Address inquiries concerning products, services, and company policies accurately and professionally
- Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to enhance the quality of support
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive disposition
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with the team
- A passion for helping others and a desire to deliver exceptional service in a remote environment
