Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. - Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues; develop strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and maintain accurate client records - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes with SOP updates, and execute the branch business plan - Technology:
Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software)
