Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Work-From-Home Travel Support Agent. In this role, you will assist clients with travel inquiries, reservations, itinerary updates, and service-related support while ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. No prior travel industry experience is required — training and ongoing support are provided.
Primary ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist with travel reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes
Provide accurate travel information and booking guidance
Research and compare travel options using approved systems
Resolve booking or service-related concerns in a timely manner
