• Manage the post-sale order entry process for various services including high-speed data, video, and telephone lines
• Verify order accuracy and gather necessary customer information from business sales representatives
• Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates, focusing on quality assurance and satisfaction
• Enter orders into software platforms while maintaining ongoing contact with customers and internal teams
• Create service tickets and document all orders in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

• High school diploma or GED; one to two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in phone and data entry
• Intermediate proficiency in essential software applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and commissions

• Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly with Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (C-LEC) or Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (I-LEC)
• Familiarity with  and Single View
• Understanding of Return on Investment (ROI) and basic knowledge of port processes
