Remote Inbound Donor Service Agent

A leading telecommunication service provider is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a winter project starting in late November. Candidates must have at least 6 months of telephone service experience and possess strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills. This role allows you to work independently while answering inbound calls. Successful applicants will complete a certification process that begins on October 15th, 2015, and must be fully prepared by November 15th, 2015.
