What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs and goals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring feedback is integrated into future development
  • Regularly engage with customers to anticipate needs, identify challenges, and offer solutions
  • Educate customers on fully leveraging the Prepared platform to meet their operational needs
  • Monitor customer usage metrics and proactively address areas for improvement to ensure goal achievement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field focused on customer retention and expansion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Direct experience in the 911 space or at a company that supports 911 services
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and public safety technologies
