As a Call Center Agent you will:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner;
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Document and update customer records with relevant information;
- Identify and escalte priority issues to the appropriate team;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company;
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers;
