Remote Travel Coordinator

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Experience Coordinators
. In this role, you will assist clients with planning, organizing, and coordinating customized travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Coordinate bookings including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and excursions
• Prepare detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to ensure accurate arrangements
• Manage itinerary updates, changes, and client requests professionally
• Maintain organized records and client information
• Provide timely, responsive customer support from planning through completion

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
