• Process customer orders through various channels including phone, email, and fax
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and scheduling information to customers
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries with care and attention
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure effective communication
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes

• Associate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in customer-focused roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office software and web-based tools
• Effective communication skills across diverse audiences

• Experience with Salesforce
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions
