Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid - Work from home eligibility after meeting criteria and completing one week of in-office onboarding/training)

Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you ll play a key part in supporting customers, ensuring their needs are met, and making a positive impact with every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Book appointments accurately while maintaining high data integrity
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Identify and escalate customer issues when necessary
  • Stay up to date on process changes and adapt quickly
  • Provide clear information and answer customer questions
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to company guidelines
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED
  • Experience:

    At least one year of experience in a call center or retail customer service environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask—talking on the phone while navigating a computer
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute is a plus
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Must be able to pass a background check
