• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies promptly and accurately
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions systematically in our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions are provided to customer needs
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring team collaboration
