Position: Contract Travel Advisor

Contract Travel Advisor

In this 100% remote role, which you helpplan, coordinate, and book customized vacations — from tropical beach getaways to international adventures — while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping clients plan their dream trips, has strong communication skills, and wants to grow in the travel industry. Full training and ongoing support are provided — no prior travel experience required.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and book complete vacation experiences, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Offer destination insights, recommendations, and travel guidance tailored to client preferences
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier updates
  • Coordinate bookings and confirmations with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Qualifications
  • Passionate about travel and helping others create memorable experiences
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized and able to work independently

    Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., or other qualifying regions
  • No prior travel experience required full training and certification provided
