Position: IT Service Desk Analyst 1

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers with respect and dignity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to LAN/WAN software, desktop computing, and network applications
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly in the service management system and follow up as needed
  • Utilize call tracking systems to accurately record interactions while meeting established KPIs
  • Escalate unresolved issues to second-tier support while keeping customers informed of their request status
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Typically requires 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or Service Desk support
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of Information Systems, including hardware and database concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with call tracking systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with service recovery techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
