Customer Service Rep – Automotive; Remote

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability for scheduling
• A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Experience with remote work environments
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
