• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for scheduling
• High school diploma or GEDAbility to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Experience with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with automotive products and services
