With 35+ years of history, we have grown into a leading national agency and we are looking for Entry Level Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Bothell, WA and Sarasota, FL.

• Guaranteed hourly rate + uncapped commission ($65,000‑110,000 OTE)

• Hybrid schedule of work from home and in‑office days

• Full time, Monday to Friday schedule

• Communicate via phone with clients from all backgrounds and personalities
• Make outbound calls – 75+ per day
• Use software to log accounts and communicate with insurance companies
• Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for our clients
• Coordinate with team members on account management
• Document accounts with proper notes to ensure quick communication
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Training in‑office
• Hybrid schedule after meeting collector target metrics
• Secure home office with dedicated high‑speed Internet (cable, DSL, or fiber) and a hard‑wired connection (no Wi‑Fi)

Our experienced Training Manager and Management Team provide classroom instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training.

Uncapped commission on the work you do—top 10% of collectors earning over $100,000 annually.
