• Manage inbound communications from customers arranging group travel
• Develop reservations tailored to customer needs and group specifications
• Seek the lowest applicable fares using GDS, consolidators, or block space with airlines
• Negotiate block space with airlines on behalf of clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process

• 3-5 years of travel experience in group bookings
• Expert proficiency in Sabre, including creating PNRs, booking flights, and handling exchanges
• In-depth knowledge of working with airlines and contracting block space
• Strong customer service skills and travel industry knowledge
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Experience handling multiple accounts and adapting to change effectively
• Proactive customer service approach that goes above and beyond
