We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients by coordinating personalized services, managing requests, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from initial inquiry through completion.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior industry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly customer support throughout the client lifecycle
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and updates in a timely manner
- Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and service needs
- Coordinate reservations, schedules, confirmations, and documentation
- Research service options and present appropriate solutions to clients
- Prepare and share detailed summaries, confirmations, and client materials
- Manage changes, adjustments, and alternative solutions with accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain organized records and accurate client information
- Deliver consistent, solution-focused service to ensure client satisfaction
- Strong customer service and client communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Time management and multitasking capabilities
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
