This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries
- Learn common requests and solutions
- Improve the customer’s experience using our service techniques and systems
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
We aim to provide exceptional solutions to simple requests and support the customer experience during disaster relief efforts.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team and customers

Primarily sedentary work in an office environment; may sit/stand for long periods while using computer and headset. Requires operation of standard office equipment and occasional movement of objects up to 40 pounds.
