• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 words per minute
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on grammar and clarity
• Dependable with a history of good attendance and punctuality

• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
• Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers
• Familiarity with technology and computer systems, including specific software requirements
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting
