Key Responsibilities- Research and plan customized travel plans for clients
- Handle reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, tours, and event tickets
- Consult with clients to understand preferences, goals, and budgets
- Provide destination insights, tips, and travel guidance
- Monitor travel restrictions, schedules, and advisories
- Maintain accurate client records, confirmations, and booking documentation
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently before, during, and after travel
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and tour operators to secure competitive packages
- Develop marketing materials and initiatives to grow client bookings
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Personal travel experience preferred, but not mandatory
