• Track case handling through documentation systems and meet required metrics
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work shifts during the center's operational hours, Monday to Friday

• Experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Familiarity with vehicle processing or automotive industry practices
