- Manage inbound inquiries from small business customers via phone, email, and chat
- Interface with customers at all levels of management, providing troubleshooting and guidance on the Justworks platform
- Develop creative solutions to effectively answer customer questions and resolve issues
- Maintain a queue of open issues to deliver timely and effective solutions
Help with customer retention and contribute recommendations for product and process improvements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service, preferably in B2B SaaS or contact center environments
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll, benefits, and/or HR administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations and communicate with all levels of management
- Aptitude for learning new products and simplifying complex topics for customers
- Spanish language capability or proficiency in another second language at a business conversation level
- Experience in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability over your work
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Passion for customer service and helping people
