This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer support and the energy sector. You will engage with customers in German, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-notch service from the comfort of your home.



Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide detailed information on energy solutions, service plans, and product offerings
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries efficiently
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive customer support and issue resolution
• Stay updated on the latest energy market trends and company offerings to inform clients

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector
• Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools
