CX, our Seasonal Onsite Customer Service Representatives are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative working out of our Lakeland, Florida office, you will handle inbound calls to assist customers with routine tax questions and inquiries. We also support with client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with routine tax questions and inquiries.
  • Support client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support.
What to bring to the interview
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED required
  • Typing

    Skills:

    Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency:
    This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
  • Availability:
    Open availability 7 days a week
  • Pay Expectation:
    Our seasonal onsite pay rate starts at $16/hr in training, with additional incentive eligibility after training graduation
  • Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration

  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
  • Live within 50 miles of the physical location (333 N Lake Parker Ave #2168 Lakeland, FL 33801)
