• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to member insurance plans and healthcare inquiries
• Assist members with appointment scheduling and finding primary care physicians
• Provide detailed reviews and process change requests for member insurance plans
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance member satisfaction
• Maintain proficiency in using multiple systems while communicating with customers

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week

• Experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare-related role
• Familiarity with VoIP technology and customer service equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
