- Monitor personal performance data and progress in real time
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on satisfaction
- Call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
- Ability to thrive in an intensive environment while managing multiple platforms
- No attendance or punctuality concerns
- Sales-oriented mindset with a “How can I help you?” attitude
