• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and online communication tools.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a similar remote role preferred.
